When receiving the ProfitStars application, how would a user change the email address when creating an account?
Answer:
The user cannot change the email address to which the invitation was sent. The email recipient is the only person who can create the account.
If you would like to have someone fill out the application other than the person who initially received the invitation, please fill out the information below and send to the TPA Operations (tpaoperations@tpadministrator.com).
The TPA will then forward this information to ProfitStars and they will issue a new application to the new contact person.
